The one that I refer to is for motor skills:

Gross Motor Skills in Children with Down Syndrome
A Guide for Parents and Professionals

If you have the book it's on pg 227.

If you scroll down a bit on this, there's a small chart of avereage milestones for our kids. This is given to all UK parents of a child with DS.

I posted the one Jenna suggested on Darah's website. In one column it has the average age a child with DS accomplishes each gross motor skill and in the other column, the age Darah accomplished each skill.
