I just wanted to let y'all know that I received my amnio results today which confirmed a baby boy with 46 chromosomes. I am humbled beyond belief. The last month has been the most nerve-wracking, soul-searching, frustrating, enlightening month of my life.
I am forever grateful for your wonderful insights and support, and I am inspired by you.
If I ever become pregnant again I will tell the sonographer to keep "abnormal" results to herself!

Congratulations, I'm sure you are much relieved. I hope that as you raise your little boy you'll remember your brief time with us. Should you meet up with someone else in your situation, please refer them here. And of course, when this little devil who has given you such angst arrives, we would all love to know and see pictures. Congrats...now you can sit back and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy. I do hope you will remember our children...and hope we have enlighten you a bit on what a joy it is to have a child with Ds.
