He is pushing(walking with his hands) up through a split position into sit.... anyone elses kiddo's do this? I am happy even though it tisn't the way we had been working on for so long....it sureley will work his arms out!!! YAY koby yet another milestone down!-Court

Hey Court...Function over form anyday. If it works for him...yipee. He'll get the other too. Yay Koby. He was inspired by all the older kids... Now, if I could just get Austin to smile as much as Koby.

That is a great accomplishment!! And yes, EZ did the same thing....went up through the splits into sitting...but then several days later he did it the "correct" way...Our PT told us not to worry about it...that it was still a wonderful milestone and that he was "getting it" which was most important! you go Koby...that is great...!!

That is so great! Great job Koby!

Lana's PT says that it's not the best way for them to get up, but it'll work. Just keep helping him with sitting by moving to side. He'll start doing that in no time!
