It's been awhile and I can't remember who was making a CD of all the songs that remind them of our children, but I'm about to do the same. This teenage boy that lives down the street from me can burn songs onto CD's and I'm having him make a bunch for our Ds group, for those that are already members and for those who are new parents as well. I have a list of songs that grab my heart and remind me of Noah, but if you have any that you could share I'd appreciate it. I'm having a ton of these made, so when they are ready, if you want one, you can just send me your address and I'll send you one, no charge. Vonda

That sounds great! I think it was Amy who was also compiling songs for a CD. When I work out, I like listening to a CD one of our neighbors burned for me. It is by Creed and I don't know the title of the song (no lyric insert with the homemade stuff) but the words are "children, don't stop dancing - believe you can fly" for some reason, I always think of Olivia when I hear that song. Maybe because I don't want to lose hope, even when the going gets rough.I guess with me being an old foaggie and all, maybe I'm getting it all wrong (the words and intended meaning) but I like the song all the same!

Veronika I have a few songs that have completely different meanings as well, but can also apply to Noah. The song "I knew I loved you before I met you" by Savage Garden was the first song I heard on the radio when we brought Noah home from the hospital and it stuck, especially the part where it says "a thousand angels dance around you, I am complete now that I found you". Here are the words below, and it DEFINITELY will make the CD. Vonda

Yes, it's me! I have been waiting to post about my CD until I had burned enough of them to send out. Super Moderator Jeff and Elizabeth got a preview. My BIL owns an internet Co., so he is burning 30 more for me. If you would like one,please send me a self addressed stamped padded envelope(1.50 worth of stamps-I took it to the PO!)and I'll send it out . I have 5 burned right now, but am waiting on the other 30. You can PM me for my address. Can't wait to have your CD too Vonda! I wonder if we have some of the same songs?
