Little Miss Myia is off the ventilator, off the pacemaker and doing GREAT!!! She is moving around so much that they are putting her in a crib. God is truly amazing!!!
Thank you so much for all of your prayers. When they are able to move her to the pediatric floor, we will be able to go spend a couple of days with her. Right now she is going to spend a couple days getting stronger and spending time with her foster mother.
Please pray for her foster mother and her family. This is the beginning of a very hard process for them. Myia is the same age Sara was when we thought she was leaving us to live with her biological family members, so we understand the pain that this family is feeling all too well. In the end we got to keep Sara in our family, but I can’t imagine how difficult it will be for Myia’s “family” to say goodbye.
I can’t tell you how much your prayer support has meant to us throughout the past week. This is an Easter we will never forget. God has given Myia ‘new life’ and we are reminded of how He died to give each of us the option to have new life in Him. God bless each one of you and Happy Easter!
Sincerely,
The DeAngelis Family

Thank God Myia is making a good recovery.
Yes everyone needs prayers right now. I remember when my adopted niece came into my family. I cried bucket of tears for her bio mom! Tears of sadness and tear of joy....all mixed together!
I will remember you all in my prayers this Easter.
