OKay this is just a rant cause I am so friggen tired..I am so tired of always seeing some kind of "specialist"..I am so tired of hospital visits.. I am so tired of the worry that will never go away....I just want to curl up into a ball and cry my eyes out...Why is it every time I have plans I have to cancel because of a sick child..

I am taking my little guy to the hospital today because he has had the runs since Thurs. morning.. He was looking like he was getting better and then boom it's worse again.. I'm worried and scared and I feel as though that is all I have felt since he was born.. Yes I have felt other things like extreme joy, but today I am a little freaked out..

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

Okay I just wanted to let that out somewhere where people would truly understand. Gosh I am having a bad day...

HUGS!!! And feel free to vent anytime!

Know that it gets easier. As our kids get older, they get sick less often. They require less visits to specialists. They require less specialized testing. And they outgrow most of the scariest concerns that we worry about with our kids.

I remember feeling that same way. I has so sick of the worrying and felt like I'd be worrying my entire life. But honestly, it does get much better. By the time they're 3, 4, 5, it gets much much better!

Hang in there!

Some days you just have to hang on for dear life.
For me, there's nothing like being alone in the car on a deserted road with loud music to scream at, every once in a while. Usually only takes me about 5 minutes - I tire easily.
Rolling Eyes
It'll get better, and not because you get used to it. That info does you little good at the moment, you just rant away - we sure get it.

Thanks for the words of support everyone. Nathan slept through the night last night, so I hope we are turning a corner. The doctors said it could last for up to two weeks, and that we are doing everything right.. And it was great to know that it hadn't turned into anything more serious. I was really concerned when his urine came out pink Shocked Apparently that the crystals in your urine can some time react with the diaper making it pink.. Weird. Anywho, I have calmed down some, thanks again for listening to me rant..
