I would LOVE to see an "Inspirations" section where people can post all these happy stories about what people with DS have done (homecoming king, inspirational speakers, actor, etc). I love reading these stories, and would like a place where I could easily find them to read on those bad days.  Right now I just have to try to remember who posted them or some keyword. I think it would also be good reading for parents with a prenatal diagnosis or new parents of a baby with DS. _________________ Maresa,

Down syndrome - Ventricular septal defect - Pulmonary hypertension
Operated on 3/2009 (Pulmonary artery banding) and on 3/2010 (VSD closure)
Our precious daughter, Natalia, was born in Oct 2008. Her birth parents didn't know she had DS until the day she was born. They decided to give her for adoption. We met her when she was 22-days-old and one day later we brought her home.
