hi i was just wanting to know if any one goes threw this !
well i first notice little red spots on little ones face, its like someones got a red pen and done dots on his face mainly sides of nose and fore head, the apeared after he was crying ' took him to the barbars' he cryd alot, then after a few days they went away, after that wenever he gets really stressed they appear again, like now hes got a viral infection and a bad cold they have come back , so just wanting to know if anyone elses little one gets them? thanks
oh i forgot to say they are not bumpy either you can feel them just see them

It;s called petechiae and is pretty common in kids, especially after crying or when ill (virus). If it's on the face it's nothing to worry about but if you notice it on the lower body then it's worth getting checked by the pediatrician as it can be an indicator of something more serious.
Callum got these a lot when younger and a I completely freaked out after googling it, but it's just something that he gets and we don't worry about it anymore.

ok thankyou, yeah it hasnt bin any lower just on the face, but ill keep an eye on it thanks for the reply i can stop worrying 'even tho we can never do that '

Ah well. What she said.
It used to freak me out as well. But as long as it's primarily on the face, around the eyes.. that's just a lot of crying, vomiting and stress ect.
Chest, arms & legs are a different story. That means an immediate call to the doctor.

oops yeah the other thread lol iphone pressed it twice, but yeah ok as longs as its normal, i read about it after you gave the name of it, yeah its only when hes crying alot or at the moment hes not well so they came again on the first 2 days but theyv gone now, he had little red bumpy spots on his back before so i took him to the docs and they said that it was an allergic reaction to something, but thankfully they havent apeared again, but ill keep an eye on him when he gets them on his face ill check everywhere else too, thanks for the posts really helped, i was just telling my hubby its ok its normal lol
