hello , I had told you all in Jan that I was doing a sponsored weight loss for UK's Down Syndrome Charity and its just a wee update to say that ive lost 3 stone 8 pounds (50lbs) and raised £510 so far Very Happy

thats me halfway there to loosing my 7 stone target Very Happy
