Surgery tomorrow-update

David is getting his ear tubes and adenoid removal tomorrow at 7:30 a.m. We have to be at the hospital at 6:00. I think I forgot such a time existed on the a.m. half of the clock Wink . It will be outpatient unless there are complications. The ENT will be doing it at a hospital with a good peds department just in case. Prayers for no complications would be appreciated. This will be David's first surgery and first time put under with more than mild sedation.

We're home. David is a bit congested, but otherwise all went well. He's eating a little at a time. I got him some pedialyte, juice, and otter pops to alternate with his pediasure and make sure he stays well hydrated. He has tylenol and motrin we can alternate for the pain. Plus he is on amoxicillin (due to the bicuspid aortic valve), and has cipro ear drops. This little guy hates oral meds and ear drops, and he fights hard. Continued prayers that I can actually get all these meds into him would be appreciated.
