my name is Michelle, and I used to post here a lot. I havent been posting much of anywhere really lately, except Facebook, which is downright addictive.
I would like to post here again, and didnt want to just drop back in without saying hello and introducing myself. My daughter is 11, she is my youngest, and light of my life in so many ways, my others are 21 and 14 and great kids too. Life has been pretty good for us regarding DS, nothing too terribly stressful really. Ciarra is easygoing, funny, so spiritual and profound sometimes she amazes me. I have a soft spot for new parents, and have missed that aspect of being here. I always wish I had had a place like this when mine was tiny, it makes everything so much easier to handle when you arent alone.
anyway, I would really like to be a bit more regular here again, and I hope to see some new faces and reconnect with some old friends too.

Yep - they're both growing so very, very quickly! Logan will be 7 ( Shocked

) in March. Carson is almost as tall as Logan but is exactly 2 1/2 years younger. Logan is in Kindy (for the 2nd time) and doing pretty well. Carson won't start Kindergarten for another year and a half, but he's already doing all of Logan's homework (I scan it so he can have his own copy). Carson has been awesome in encouraging Logan to play and to communicate. They are the very best of friends.

Ciarra is as beautiful as ever. I've been keeping up with her on Dr. Jim's list . . . loved the volcano video!

It sure is great to have you back on DownSyn!

wow....you have NO idea how neat it is to see you and hear about the boys. I had to keep looking and double checking...is that REALLY her...I was looking for KDWS name somewhere lol. Hasnt it been an incredible journey? You're THERE, kim, I so knew you would be!! But I still cant believe the boys are that big. wow.

Nope - not KDWS - that's someone else. I've always been "Logansmom" . . . and I alternate between posting frequently and mostly lurking. KDWS does, however, have children with similar names if I remember correctly. She hasn't posted in about a year . . . maybe she'll come back, too, since it seems to be reunion week! Very Happy

I remember thinking you were her way back when, too. I kept thinking, "geez, is this KDWS or the OTHER kim?" lol......and yes her boys are very similarly named except she now has THREE I believe. It is so neat to see you all, and the kids all getting so big. and Tom? thanks. Looks like im not the only one who came back to visit. Smile

Our Katie is 8 now and so much fun! We just got back from a week at Disney World and she was spoiled by every character she met...it was wonderful!

Amy, ummm....positive stories,.....lemme think on that one, k? she started puberty at 8, "becamse a woman" at 9, and has had a teen attitude for awhile now. The world revolves around ipods, best friends, drama, the mall, and boys. LOL I guess positive is living a great fun life, it'll hafta be enough for now, till my REAL Ciarra comes back to me. Wink
