Now it's either because he just had surgery or it's because all his playmates are not home all day, but he has turned into a real cling monster. He will not leave my leg and he is whiny all day if I'm not holding him. Poor little baby. I really hope he gets use to them being gone or it will be one long school year for the little turd.
He went for his 2 year this morning and he is doing really well. Weighs 23.8 pounds, 31 inches long. He got the flu shot and had his blood taken for lead and all the blood work that needs to be done every year for our kids. He is a really hard stick and it took them 24 minutes to get it. I so hate seeing him scream that way. I can't believe he'll be 2 Tuesday...where did the time go. Seems like we have spent more time in hospitals than here at home in the last 2 years. **sigh**

Poor guy! He's lonely and wants Mom to play. He's probably worried you are going to leave, too! Any other preschool kids around he can play with during the school week? Too bad they didn't take that blood work when he was in surgery....lol! Glad his appointment went well.

Aww the poor wee guy! Sounds like he's going through separation anxiety. As Grants mom said, he's probably worried that you're gonna leave him too.

I feel ya, sister. I call Ali my little "growth" because she's always attached to me We're heading to that two year mark soon, too, and I don't know where the time went.

Ethan's really missing Georgia now the long summer holidays are over and she's back at school. I think it's because we've done so much together this summer it's just really strange and quiet now Georgia's not at home during the day! I try to keep him busy and entertained...but I'm obviously not as much fun as his big sister!
When we're waiting at the school gates he gets so excited....... and they've been holding hands on the walk home
Maybe when Austin gets back into his usual routine he'll be a little better. Ethan's was back at his various groups last week so hopefully he'll start to be too busy to notice Georgia not being around as much.
