Prayers for sweet Matthew

Last week our local DS Support Group had their Christmas Party. At the party I met a young single mom and her sweet 2 year old Matthew. Matthew has DS and also has AML. He has had Chemo for over 8 months and his body is not responding, his mom told me the hospital basically sent him home into hospice care and they gave him only a few weeks to live. Well sweet Matthew has proven them wrong so far and it's been over 30 days since he has left the hospital. The family is not sure how much more time they have with their sweet little boy but if you please could send an extra little prayer out for Matthew it would be greatly appreciated.

I'll be keeping Matthew and his family in my prayers.

I will pray. I surely do hope he makes it through Christmas at least- I can't imagine ever losing one of my children- but the holidays would be awful without them there.
