A&E has a new 6 part reality/documentary following the lives of 7 young adults with DS. http://www.aetv.com/shows/born-this-way

It airs on Tuesdays, but I have been watching on line, we were excited to see it because they actually filmed us and we had to sign waivers and everything at the NDSC in Phoenix this summer (slim to no chance we'd actually appear). I have enjoyed it so far, it's not perfect but I think it does a pretty good job of showing these adults as normal and having fun and friends and regular problems, but also touching on hard issues like independence and finding a job and dating. I am thrilled that more and more mainstream TV is including DS so the general public will be more educated and open to our kiddos.
