I am looking for someone who takes "Evening Primrose Oil." (herbal supplement)

OR

Someone who is knowledgable about herbs. (for medical treatment, NOT cooking!) (although I could definitely use assistance in both fields!!)

I have found WAY too many websites that offer opposing opinions, and would just like to ask a few questions of someone who has maybe "been there/done that."
