Tomorrow is Samantha's IEP and Laura is going with me. THANK YOU LAURA!!!

Here is a quick update, her aide has quit for the way they treated him and he is writing me a letter. Her doctor has written a letter also. They STILL have not provided me transportation. Most importantly (her aide's last day was this past Friday) they hired a new aide which I was never told about or met and she starts Monday. They expect me to leave Samantha at school with someone she does not know and has no idea what to do with her g-tube, they also have a substitute teacher coming in since her teacher will be at the IEP. Eveyone one of them knows that Samantha does not like to be touched and it took 3 weeks / 3 hrs a day before Samantha was comfortable with the last aide she had. I mean get real. Also she has been in school for a little over 2 months and this past Thursday was the first time she went up to her teacher and gave her a hug, does that not tell you that she does not trust easliy. So it looks like I will be taking her with us to the IEP.

Please wish us luck that we get what we want, more importanly that Samantha gets what is best for her!
