For those of you with kids on table food, how do you give them the NTD? What have you found works best in hiding the taste?

Eliza is all table food except her morning yogurt or smoothie which has all her supplements in it. That being said, i haven't really been good about the nighttime formula - I was wondering if i could sprinkle is on her dinner but the taste could put her off, i'm going try soon.
I have also heard parents having success with a treat of pudding and putting it all in there.

I usually sick it in applesauce. Carson seems to like it. He does notice that the first couple of bites are different but he will still eat it.

Oh, good point...do you guys give them the whole daily dose in one setting, or do you break it up 2-3 times a day like recommended? I have tried to at least split it in half and do it twice daily, but that can get hard. Once a day would be so nice, but I haven't done it because they recommend splitting it up. What do you think?
I have also found that yogurt seems to cover up the taste well, but I think Payton has some sort of allergy to something in yogurt/dairy b/c it makes her spit up like crazy. I stopped yogurt and the spitting up stopped. So that is a bummer!

I do all the vitamins in the morning with her Omega-3s. Last night I tried sprinkiling 1/2 of the nighttime on her pasta and she ate it without seeming to notice. I am going to try the separate enzymnes with my next order so i guess she'll get a little pudding with lunch. Do you guys do the enzymes too?
We did the applesauce for a long time until a couple months ago when Eliza decided she was no longer going to eat applesauce, as well as only feed herself with a spoon. Maybe you could try soy yogurt? I have also heard of someone mixing it into a few spoonfuls of fruitspread and putting it on toast or a cracker. Haven't tried it but i think it could work for Eliza.

We don't use the enzyme because Payton has reflux. We also just put her nighttime formula in her bottle that she gets before bed. I don't know that it has much of a taste so I think it would be easier to hide that in food than the supplement. I will have to look for some soy yogurt and see how Payton does with that. Thanks for the idea!
Kris...go look at these websites and you can learn what NTD is...
www.nutrivene.com
www.lleichtman.org
Or just do a search here of nutrivene and you get a bunch of threads to read...

I split the dose up into 2 times, one in the morning and one at night. We don't do the enzyme either because of reflux. Yogurt is a good idea. I haven't tried that yet. We are going to have to find a replacement for milk, so that should do the trick.

i put maya's multi in either the pediasure she drinks or applesauce, pasta, soup, or yogurt.
the nightime is a pain because you can't mix with proteins and she always has a bottle of pediasure before bedtime so i will not reorder that or the enzymes.
