should we try msb+

When I asked my pedi about nvd he said he didn't think we needed them. I then asked the nutritionist and the pedi at the Ds clinic and was told that some of the vitamins were extremely high and I should not use it. I would really like to try msb +. Do I need to get the OK from the pedi first or can I try it on my own?

I didn't ask permission to put Carson on Nutrivene D. I told me ped. we were doing it. She wasn't going to give an opinion one way or the other. I would let the Dr. know you are using it if you do though. We get routine blood tests so they check to make sure nothing is out of whack with the vitamins when they do the blood tests. Good luck with your decision.

Kayla

I mentioned to my ped that Kayla is on MSB+, they really didn't have an opinion one way or another. I've heard that you can get free samples of MSB+ and try it and see if you have any results.

We didn't get the okay from any of doctors to start Payton on NTD. Good luck with that! LOL. Half of them don't even know what it is. If you want to do it, I say go for it. I have heard great things about MSB+. If you are worried about vitamin levels, then do blood tests every 6 months or so and you'll be fine. I would recommend doing that anyway. Wink

We didn't talk to the doctor about it but then we probably know more about it than he does. Wink

When Mikey was little he used to love the jars of carrots and we gave them to him all the time... it must have been too much though because his neck turned orange! The vitamins in in MSB+ and Nutrivene are water soluble so excess just goes out in the urine. So expect bright urine! Very Happy
