OK, I admit that I was an eternal skeptic and I still am. But...
We had tried Mikey on MSB+ because we had the free samples and it looked harmless. We soon noticed that his behavior was much better especially with his at-home therapy sessions. Coincidence? Maybe because he is getting lots of therapy and he takes medications to help with his behavior. Anyway, we ran out and I forgot to send in for a renewal. I had given one of my sample jars to Helen so I ran out sooner than I thought I would. Almost immediately, Mikey's behavior got worse. His sessions with OT became nightmares as he was throwing all his toys on the floor as soon as he saw her, hit her, kicked her, and made any actual work during the session impossible. Although this was the extreme, we saw worse behavior almost everywhere (except at school where he is almost always an angel). I ordered a new supply of MSB+ and after 10 days without having it and meltdowns becoming the rule, he was back to his old self within 24 hours of his first dose. His next session with OT was pure pleasure as he helped her unpack her bag and worked with her for the full session without complaint.
I can guarantee that I won't be running out again.

Tom,
We've seen very similar results with AJ when he was on Nutrivene-D. His therapists were unaware we had put AJ on this product. They documented great strides while he was on the vitamin therapy, but also documented actual regression when he was taken off for a few weeks due to reflux issues.
When I explained to them about Nutrivene-D, and the subsequent lapse in his dosing, they became believers too! They are now recommending their other families at least look into these nutritional therapies.
We have since switched to MSB+, mostly because it is easier to get it down AJ....flavored and smaller quantities required.
Ibby

We are still using our free samples too. I am kind of scared to take her off. She started sitting up by herself soon after we started her on it. She seems more aware of her surroundings and is playing with her toys. Before she just kind of looked at them. Is it the MSB or just the right time for her to learn these skills? I don't know, but I like her on it for now.

I am a skeptic too - my husband is always fussing at me about it
Once very into alternative medicine, I have become completely disillusioned with it all...
BUT I've been on here long enough to know that if Tom actually tried it and has positive things to say about it, I am going to try it too!
We'll see!

OOps, we still haven't tried it - but we will! Andy threw the measuring scoop thing away without realising what it was, so I'm not sure how to give Matt the right amount.
Enough excuses - I'll sort it out and do it!

Jo, I know that when Kayla takes MSB+ is really improves her eye contact and concentration. Her teachers always comment on how good her eye contact is. Even her neurologist commented on it.

i emailed the company a few weeks ago to ask if they ship to Europe, but i didn't get a reply yet.
does anyone know? or can anyone ask when calling their hotline?
in Europe only nutrivene is available. but since you are all so impressed with MSB, i would love to try it too with my little one.
@Hannah's mom: have you found out if you can get it in the UK?

I would think that you can get it worldwide. When you go to their online ordering they have "Great Britain and Europe" listed, along with every other continent. It's a bit of a pain to find their online ordering page. When you get to their MSB+ page, in the bottom left corner it says "Click here to order MSBPLUS V7" I really hate their website, no way to link to particular page.

$160 including Postage!!!
OK, in your honest opinions is it definitely worth it? If you guys really think it is, it's worth spending Matt's disability benefit on!!!
I guess first we have to try the sample. Got no idea how to measure out 1.7cc scoops, but hey, we'll have fun trying!

1.7cc is about a 1/3 of a teaspoon. Matt should get about 2 servings per day.
Is it worth it? Try it and see. If it makes no difference then it isn't worth it. We noticed a difference in Mikey in just a day or two. $160 is about 25 pence about now, isn't it? As Dave Barry who is on vacation in London recently commented on his blog: "If you plan to come over here, bring plenty of extra organs to sell, because the US dollar is completely worthless."

ecki, thank you....found it.
phew...quite expensive...i still don't know how much the shipping is to germany, and if i should order only one bottle or more (if the shipping is exp.)?
eric is veeerrrrry picky, so which flavour do your kids like best? fruit punch?
EDIT: question to ecki and tom: did MSB make the autism a bit "milder" in your kids? how about their attention-span?

We think the big difference is in behavior and concentration. He is much calmer when he is taking MSB+ and able to pay more attention to the task at hand.

When I first started MSB+ they only had the orange, so we stick with that flavor (at that price, I'm not doing any experimenting with flavors!).
With Kayla she's a lot more social on MSB+ than without it. She just seems more involved in what's going on than just being in her own little world.

The 011-44 part of the phone number is what WE would dial here in the US if we wanted to call the UK. If you eliminate those numbers, does the rest of the phone number make sense, Jo?

When they sent my my free samples, they sent these little measuring scoops with it. Under two gets one scoop. I would have not a clue how to measure it otherwise.
Edited to add: Sorry, just read all the posts and understand now why your trying to measure it without the scoop. They sent me 4 scoops, one for each flavor. My mom keeps trying to throw them away too!

I love eternal skeptics that come out of the wood work! (Nudge, nudge) This is so awesome that you are seeing such a difference in Mikey. Yay! I have been back and forth as to whether or not to try the MSB vs. NTD ... still pondering. LOL
Ok, editing to say I just ordered my samples. NTD tastes horrible, so I'm excited to maybe get something that tastes decent!
To all who are asking if it works ... Payton has been on vitamin therapy since she was about 3 months old. She is doing fabulous, but I really have no way of knowing if it is just her or if the vitamins are helping. They make sense to me, especially with all the oxidative stress our kids have. When we started her on the NTD, the one thing I noticed right away was that she was more aware, more bright eyed and bushy tailed! And that was at 3 months of age!

Jo
Doms been on Omega 3 (eye q) since he was 13 weeks old. Would not stop it for a gold pig. Elliotts been on it too for his dyslexia, cannot spell or read much better mainly due to lack of interest on his part lol, but improved his concentration 100% and works so hard in class, no matter how disruptive other kids can be. Just got a A star in history !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Doms just had a 3 month break from Nutrivene D has he was on it from 13 weeks old, but I'am going to put him back on it asap.
I did'nt choose MSB as it has iron in it and because of the Fenton effect. I wanted to control what iron he has. He does have low iron stores due to being very fussy with meat etc and Ped has prescribed iron in liquid form for 3 months, but at least his blood levels are monitored regularly because of this.
There is a site that compares all the different brand's of TNI and the yahoo TNI sites have lots of advice. I'll see if I can find the comparison list and post it.

The iron levels are pretty low in MSB+. Even at the full dose of 4 scoops per day, it has only about 15% of the recommended daily dose.

Its just me Tom, the iron thing freaks me out a bit, silly eh. I may resort to MSB in future, if I have problems getting him to take the new formula for Nutrivene. Its easier for us to buy Nutrivene than MSB in the Uk.

I received my samples but no scooper? About how big is it? Can someone measure it and compare it to teaspoons or tablespoons or something.
Thanks!
