This forum looks REALLY quiet lately, there are LOTS of facebook groups that are talking about these things if you are interested.

Seriously, I know quite a few of you in this group are concerned about FB, but you are missing out on these AMAZING groups! So much is being discussed over there it is INSANE!

Not to take away from this group...but it's just been SO quiet here and it is CRAZY over on FB.

Hi there,
Lots of people here are also on FB. And of course the wider internet offers lots of info and chance for discussion.
It is quiet here at the moment. But lots of people are calling it 'home'. Sometimes quiet is good. I feel that at the moment here we have a small community of people who know each other and support each other. This forum has a family feel to it. Of course we all get info on research etc from other places and share them as appropriate.
It's a close community here, yes, but for some FB might be too big and too public.
However, I also want to thank you for pointing out the discussion groups offered on FB. They sound great and it's good to know about them. The internet is so great for connecting people with similar interests and concerns.

Just wanted to add that there is a place for lively discussion and a place for collective wisdom. There can, or course, be an overlap between the two.
