Well, mine is on my tummy, below the bikini line. I hope to one day have it removed via tummy tuck and then I'll get a new one

I keep thinking what would it look like when I get old and not to mention I would die from the needle LOL!!!

My sister has one on her bikini line and with her first son it got a stretch mark right through it and now it looks like a decapated bunny ..

Courtney and Renee can I buy you each a pony? ha ha

Renee P I'm dying laughing at the decapitated bunny.

I have no idea why I waited so long to get my tattoo, just something else to add to the list of things I've never done. I guess the good thing is that when I get really old, at least I won't have to worry about my back sagging and having the tattoo down at my knees. Backs don't sag do they? ha ha ha

I have two tattoos...and don't want either one of them!

The first one I got in college...12 years ago I guess (wow I feel old!)...it is flowers around my navel...yes, it now looks just lovely after two kids, stretch marks and all! GROSS! Like Renee said, I have decapitated flowers!

The second one I got after I graduated from college...my best friend from HS and I got matching tattoos together...mine is on my lower, middle back and it is the chinese symbol for Leo...everyone thinks it is a snake or something. It isn't bad...it is just the black symbol, but at the time we thought it would be cool to kind of outline it with a color, and it looks stupid. I wish it was just the black symbol with no color.

I'm hoping I have enough skin to stretch the one off of my belly with a tummy tuck, but not too sure about that!! I think it is a ways to go from the navel to the cut line! OUCH! LOL

Vonda.... a tatto is on my wish list. Its up there with the laser eye surgery..... I want them but I'm scared sh**less to get it done.

Hard to imagine I had two babies without any pain relief!! LOL.
I just have a thing about SELF inflicted pain.

Ps Can't even bare to have my legs waxed.... I did it once, and after that I said given birth without pain relief was easier!

Linda my husband and I both are getting Lasik eye surgery SOON. He is SUCH a chicken, but I'm to the point that I just can't see anything when I'm driving, road signs, license plates, nothing 3 feet in front of me. I told him I'd go first, and he could watch, ha ha. My sister already had this done and was kind enough to explain it to me in great detail, bleck............but I'm still gonna do it.

Vonda

I have even gone as far as making the appointment with the surgeon and then I cancelled.

I have been wearing glasses for distance sight for many years. I also wear contact lenses, but the joy of not needing corrective lenses!

I can so identify with your hubbie.... I'm a BIG SCARDY CAT at heart!
Please post Vonda when you have the proceedure done. I'd love to hear if it really HURTS.....now the truth Vonda....

It's very expensive here, 2000 euro per eye.

I SO WANT eye surgery! I've been wearing glasses since I was 8. We ride bike (as in Harley) and I HATE HATE HATE that I can't wear whatever sun glasses I want. Always prescription. Which means I can't loose them either! UGH!

Linda our insurance does NOT pay for Lasik surgery but they are giving us a big discount, so we are getting it for around $600.00 an eye, still pretty expensive, but when you think of all the eyeglasses and contacts that you buy, I guess it's worth it, plus being able to actually SEE without squinting.

I tried to vote, but it wouldn't let me.

I have one tattoo, that I regret, but not completely. It turned out twice the size that I wanted. I regret the location and the size.

I took this crystal pendant to my tattoo artist and had him design my tattoo from it. It's of a beatifully detailed half moon. The moon represents the female half of nature and the cycles of life. The tattoo is located on my tail bone. I got it when I was 16.

SO when I show someone my tattoo... I guess you can say I have to moon them. LOL.

Vonda

Same here, unsurance doesn't cover it, but I could have a holiday in the states and still get both eyes done for what I'd pay here for my surgery! 4,000 euro as opposed to 1,200 dollars!!! That's an amazing price.

We are not known as the Rip off Republic for nothing!
