I bought Lacey some new books a few weeks ago with all kids of animals..
One has a yellow rubber duck and the others have a cow,a train,itsy bitsy spider,and a teddy bear..

We have read them now for about 4 nights and last night I would ask her to show me the yellow duck or the train and she pointed to everything I asked.. YAY!!!!!

I know I get excited over small things but to me this is huge.. Just wanted to share this with you all because I knew ya'll would understand.. Thanks and have a great WDSD!!!

That's one of the joys of Ds, it's the little things that make us the happiest. That's so cute, and I find with Noah that repetition is the best thing for him. He knows just about all the Dr. Seuss books by heart!!!!

Awesome Miss Lacey. She'll be reading those books herself in NO time.

Austin won't point to the animals...he kisses the book on the picture of the animal I asked him to show me....he's so funny.

Joni loves books. The Ot says that it helps her small motor skills to turn the pages and your right it's so neat when they start to interact with books.
