Foot problems

Finley's PT suggested we get X-rays of his feet and ankles because she thinks there may be some kind of abnormality ( fused bones?). His feet were flipped up at birth and we have worked on stretching them since. The PT says that most kids with low tone have too much movement in their feet and Finley's are always pulled up, toes on his shin almost, really tight. And his feet are really tiny.

I have read a lot of posts about orthotics and ankle braces. Has anybody else had this problem?
