Tomorrow we have our first NEP (negotiated ed. plan) for Mia at Kindy. She's there for 4 half days now (which is full-time here) and going really well. I'm not too nervous about it, as the director and I see eye to eye and the lady from Dept of Community Services (who holds the purse strings) seems good too. I'm just racking my brain trying to think of what to keep in mind at the time! Making a list is usually what keeps me on track.

What are some issues that any of you have faced regarding ed plans? Important things on the "must be discussed" list?
