Did anyone change a therapist at all? Hannahs speech therapist wsa always very negative and never had very many ideas to share with improving anything she complained about. So I called our case worker yesterday and asked for a new one. I was curious if anyone else has done this.

Yes, we have done the very same thing. Cameron's first speech therapist was extremely uncooperative. The initial eval that she sent in to recommend services was a joke. I could have done a better job. All I had to do was call EI and say that I wanted to change providers. You HAVE that right. His new ST is just wonderful. You might want to check around and get a recommendation before you choose a new one so this doesn't happen again. That's what I did. I got a recommendation from his PT, his OT and anyone else who would give me one.
Best of luck!

Thank you. I did ask some of the other moms and they recommended a ST to me, so I asked for her specifically.
